Susie Wintersieck, Broker
Raised in Oklahoma, Susie moved to Colorado in 1970 and taught school for several years. She developed an interest in massage and bodywork in the late seventies and, as a certified instructor of Touch For Health, has taught hundreds of people to help care for themselves. She now co-manages our office (master of paperwork), keeps abreast of homes for sale, loves to ride her mountain bike, grows flowers and vegetables, and brings the dog to work every day (see below). Susie and Joe have been married since 1981 and have two sons, Aza and Allan.

George Parker, Broker Associate
Raised all over the USA, George is a Colorado native who recently returned to "stay put for a while". George is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, (veterans come see me!), and has seen much of the world but prefers Southern Colorado for it's climate and beauty. He has a degree in Photography and is always looking for the beauty in nature. He is also an avid outdoorsman who would always rather be out on the land.

Joe Wintersieck, Broker Associate
Raised in rural Iowa, Joe moved to Colorado in 1979. Joe's background is in residential construction. He attended Building Trades School in the late seventies and has worked in most facets of that business. With a sharp sense of direction, a mind for map reading, and lots of experience "out in the hills", Joe knows the land. He specializes in finding that "just right" land and is willing ("Come on, get me out of the office!") to spend time hiking and 4-wheeling to show it to his clients. And in his time off? Probably back out in the hills with his family.......

Maggie Wheaten, Barker Associate
Maggie is a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and everybody's buddy! She loves to go anywhere and do anything, as long as it is with Susie or Joe.
